For an appointment call (707) 745-3820.

On your first visit, a permanent record will be started. Please bring the telephone number of your previous dental office so we may request duplicates of any current (within 1 year) radiographs.

Patients are seen by appointment Monday through Thursday. Our business manager is available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. through 4 pm.

These are the different types of appointments:

• The exam appointment takes about one hour and may include a radiographic update. There is no treatment at this appointment.

• The hygiene appointment normally takes about one hour and can be scheduled Mon-Thurs 8:30 - 5:00.

• The filling or restorative appointment is 30 minutes to one hour. Expect to be anesthetized at this appointment with a local anesthetic. Local anesthetics are just that. They act only in the area we need to be numb.

• The reconstructive or prosthetic appointment is much longer, but otherwise similar to the filling appointment. You will be numb in the area that we will be treating.

Canceling an Appointment:

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.

Fees:

Charges for office visits and treatments vary with the severity and complexity of the problem. Please do not hesitate to discuss our fees if you have any questions.

Billing and Insurance:

We don't like to send bills, and the costs of paperwork and postage affect our fees. We will appreciate your payment at the time of your visit. Currently, we do offer the courtesy of submitting claims to your carrier with appropriate narrative and duplicate radiographs at no charge to you for the first submission. Please remember that services are rendered to you and not your insurance carrier. Since we are not a party to the contract between your employer and the insurance carrier, we cannot resolve disputes about payment.
